__Team members apply for passports
Four Months Prior To Trip
__Begin regularly scheduled meetings
__Team members begin writing support letters
__Continue collecting $200 deposits
__Team members apply online for trip
__Begin collecting supplies
95 Days Prior To Trip
__Collect $1300 additional support ($1500 total collected)
__Help team members send out support letters
__Make sure team members have applied for passports
__Take vaccinations (Yellow Fever, Typhoid, Hepatitis A and B)
__Make sure Brenda Bailey has all legal names and airport departures for team
65 Days Prior To Trip
__Collect $800 additional support ($2300 total collected)
__Collect Waiver sheets
__Take vaccinations
__Collect supplies
__Collect passports, checks for Visa, copies of driver’s license, and 2 X 2 passport picture, and help team members apply online for visa
