Begin raising support/Send out support letters
Apply for passport

95 DAYS PRIOR TO TRIP

$1300 additional amount due
Get first dose of vaccinations:

Yellow fever
Tetanus Booster
Hepatitis A
Hepatitis B (if working with blood)

Apply for visa and turn in all supporting docs & fees

65 DAYS PRIOR TO TRIP

$800 additional amount due
Get second dose of vaccinations

50 DAYS PRIOR TO TRIP

Remainder support $ due

30 DAYS PRIOR TO TRIP

Get third dose of vaccinations
Obtain/purchase malaria pills

7 DAYS PRIOR TO TRIP

Take first malaria tablet
